**E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Associate**

Are you passionate about online retail and ready to fuel the growth of a dynamic e-commerce business?

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team and contribute to the success of our online channels. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and driving sales through our online stores.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Listing Management:

- Work with 3PL to create and maintain compelling product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Qoo10, Lazada)
- Manage Gryphon portfolio of brands website
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and optimized for search
- Manage product images and write engaging product descriptions
- Monitor and update product listings for price changes and promotions
- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate stock levels across all channels
- Monitor demand and coordinate with procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Update product descriptions to reflect stock availability
- Order Fulfilment:

- Prepare packing lists daily for smooth order fulfilment
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Marketing & Sales Support:

- Analyse data and identify opportunities to improve sales and conversion rates
- Manage company stores on e-commerce platforms, optimizing listings and running campaigns
- Additional Duties:

- Be adaptable and willing to take on new tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, communication) preferred
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopee, Qoo10, and Lazada
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and a team player
- Adaptable and willing to learn new things
