Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business operations, policy/law, a technology related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in operations, policy development/creation, consulting, program management, and/or process design.
- 5 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, and/or Operations teams.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in data analysis, process design/improvement, launch/incubation, product/internal tools launches, or other operational program management.
- Experience in content moderation/security policies, customer support/help center, or managing and building similar high-volume outsourced operations.
- Ability to solve large unstructured business problems, working closely with highly and cross-regional and cross-functional teams including Sales/BD, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex policy principles and guidelines for technical products to multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders or partners.
- Excellent communication skills.

The Play and Android team within T&S broadly provides business-critical content policy enforcement, partner support, and content ingestion to facilitate, review, and handle the (ever-growing) digital content catalog of Google Play. The Enforcement team is looking for a high-performing individual motivated by taking operations to the next level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Google's brand is only as strong as our users' trust. Our Trust and Safety team has the critical responsibility of protecting Google's users by ensuring online safety by fighting abuse and fraud across Google products. You understand how to create a trustworthy experience for Play users and are passionate about using your knowledge of policy enforcement, management consulting, product development, or operations to protect Google’s users. You work globally and cross-functionally to evolve the systems and processes used to keep the Play ecosystem healthy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategize and build teams, systems, and operations to meet the demands of users.
- Cultivate and demonstrate trust leadership by setting strategize to identify, measure, and reduce policy non-compliance of user and developer generated content in the Google Play product.
- Partner with Policy creation and Product Management teams to advance and launch Google Play-wide policies and enforcement solutions which ensure a safe app experience for users and while reducing friction for developers.
- Lead deep-dive and root cause analyses to identify enforcement gaps and work with Scaled operations, Engineering, Product and Tools to optimize our workflows.
- Provide on-call coverage periodically for Google Play issues and escalations.
