My client a Medical Device MNC is looking out for a Clinical Marketing manager (Specialized in Clinical Microbio), these skill sets and job descriptions as mentioned:
**Responsibilities**:
**Applications Area**
- Provide consultative advice to the Application teams across South East Asia.
- Strong experience and lean workflow assessment.
- Understanding of Antibiotics and ID/AST configuration.
- “Post sales” support : Troubleshooting across all Microbiology platforms with emphasis on ID/AST, Blood Culture & TB.
- Escalation and coordination with WW for Microbiology product complaints.

**Marketing Area**
- Coordinate the reconciliation of SEA SIOP (Sales, inventory and operations planning) demand with financial forecasts for assigned product portfolio
- Build a strong relationship with key Microbiology stakeholders and key opinion leaders in SEA.
- Organize and support key customer-facing educational activities such as seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. in alignment with SEA marketing strategy. To be a ready speaker for all related events across SEA.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competition and customer needs

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Post / Post Graduate degree in the field of Microbiology
- Strong technical and significant laboratory and/or scientific background, preferably in the Microbiology field (at least 5 - 8 years)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, make appointments, plan schedules and coordinate efforts with Product Specialists as well as other Service and Support personnel
- Knowledge of the Microbiology laboratories processes and techniques
