**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend to customer enquiries and requests
- Process sales orders, delivery orders and issue invoices
- Coordinate with sales and operations team.
- Prepare daily/monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc reporting when required
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- GCE ‘N/O/A’ Levels/NITEC or equivalent and above
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
