Our Client is a leading Japanese entertainment company, producer of collectible card games and trading cards. They are looking for an Event Executive to join their team.

**Challenges**:

- Organize trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for events and tournaments circuits
- Manage shop tournaments
- Manage Public Relations materials to be used at events
- Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
- Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

**What It Takes**:

- Knowledge in trading card games would be advantageous
- Must have basic knowledge of social media management
- Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
- Knowledge of Jap language would be advantageous in order to liaise with Jap speaking associates
