Your responsibilities include:

- Supporting case owners with 2nd level technical support for their end users.
- Streamlining the support process starting from the 2nd level.
- Provide technical documentation, troubleshooting and reporting for common issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalation issues.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of working experience in an IT environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001
- Knowledge of Network topology and technologies
