**Salary**:$2500-$3500 + commission
**Role**:Full-time | 5 days/week

**About Us**:
At **ONESTAGE**, we are committed to providing exceptional learning experiences for our students. We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing & Admin Executive to support daily operations and help drive our growth through engaging marketing and customer service efforts.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support marketing campaigns and promotions to increase leads and brand awareness.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms.
- Coordinate with teachers for content creation, ensuring timely posting and engagement.
- Be the first point of contact for inquiries, trial class bookings, and walk-ins.
- Assist with student sign-ups and guide parents to the best classes for their children.
- Maintain relationships with parents through regular updates and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth scheduling and gather feedback.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain student records.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- A Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
