The Senior Sale Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer experience, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
**Maintain and Secure Accounts**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts through regular communication and visits.
- Build trust and minimize claims when technical problems or disruptions occur.
- Prepare and review correspondence related to customer concerns and ensure legal department approval before sending.

**Deliver Best Customer Experience and Service Level**:

- Lead coordination efforts to ensure best customer experience and service levels in day-to-day transactions.
- Actively engage in annual voice of customer initiatives and maintain customer feedback database.
- Proactively follow up on customer feedback through designated channels.

**Contract Management**:

- Manage customer contracts and ensure implementation of commitments regarding supply volume and pricing.
- Monitor and maintain outstanding purchase orders, including blanket orders.
- Renew contracts in a timely manner and ensure alignment with key accounts.
- Communicate force majeure events and ensure customer acceptance.

**Profitability**:

- Evaluate additional investments and their impact on profitability.
- Analyze account profitability and take necessary actions to improve it.
- Ensure adherence to payment terms and coordinate with the legal department to resolve overdue accounts.

**Budget Management**:

- Define annual budgets and update key account information based on valid data. Identify and secure opportunities for upside potential through contract amendments.Stay vigilant for anomalies in key account profiles.

**Reporting**:

- Utilize sales tools and programs to support sales activities.
- Regularly input data for all activities related to key accounts.
- Report project progress, new business, issues, and lost projects in weekly meetings.

**Compliance on HSEQ, GYM, and Other Procedures**:

- Adhere to standard operating procedures and HSEQ guidelines in all activities.
- Follow business processes and workflow procedures, including financial assessment and risk identification.
- Ensure active implementation of GYM objectives.

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract management and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
