**Accounts and Admin Executive**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Presently able to manage full set accounts, including AR, AP and GL.
- Monitor and prepare cash/cheque payments, payment vouchers etc.
- Responsible for maintaining proper cash flow records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, journal entries for accrual and prepayment
- Preparation of quarterly GST submission, management report and month-end closing
- Ensure transactions are recorded correctly in the computerized accounting system “Accpac.”
- Forecasting annual cash flow activities.
- Responsible for Inter-company confirmation/consolidation
- Assist in the preparation of the Audit schedule
- Multi-task with Administrative, Human Resouce and Secretarial works
- Any other ad-hoc duties tasked by the Manager and Directors
Requirement:
- With a minimum of 5 years or more experience related
- Familiar with accounting software ACCPAC and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative skills with good problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency in handling tasks, positive attitude and meticulous
- Have a good grasp of accounting knowledge
- Team player and has a high degree of independence and initiative
- Nice personality
