Singtel Group Digital Office is searching for a passionate Business and Digital Transformation Manager to drive our digital and automation initiatives and bring innovative, user-centric solutions to life. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of strategizing and managing exciting digital projects, optimizing business processes, and making a real impact on our efficiency and scalability. If you have a strategic vision, a knack for digital project management, and hands-on experience with digital technologies.

**Make an Impact by**
- Digital Strategy & Transformation: Strategize and evolve our automation transformation roadmap that aligns with our strategic priorities. You'll oversee digital projects from end to end and be responsible for identifying and recommending digital solutions that enhance processes and elevate the user experience.
- Business Process Optimization: Conduct business process assessments and workshops to spot opportunities that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive measurable improvements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in digital optimization.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with teams across various Business Units to understand their digital and automation transformation needs, align objectives, and manage expectations. Develop communication plans to keep everyone in the loop and drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
- Technology & Enablement: Lead the integration of digital and automation technologies in collaboration with our solution partners. Organize and lead enablement sessions to educate and empower teams on digital tools and processes, ensuring all stakeholders are well-equipped to leverage the latest technologies. Work closely with IT and compliance teams to ensure our processes and solutions meet security, environment and performance standards. Always be on the lookout for emerging digital trends to keep our digital and automation transformation strategy forward-thinking.
- Governance & Compliance: Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure all our initiatives meet compliance and security standards. Ensure transparent reporting and documentation for accountability and quality assurance across all our transformation initiatives.
- Contracts & Resource Management: Oversee the management of contracts and resources to ensure that projects are adequately staffed and funded. Work with vendors and partners to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively to support project initiatives.

**Skills for Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in business or digital transformation, program management or process optimization.
- Proven success in delivering digital-focused projects, with knowledge of digital tools and technologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and UiPath is a plus
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into transformative digital solutions.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving, with a focus on value delivery and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, digital-focused environment.
