[What the role is]

As a grant-maker, Tote Board seeks to create social change through impact giving. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and journey with us to improve the ecosystem’s impact evaluation and programme measurement capabilities.

[What you will be working on]

**Implementation of Impact Measurement (IM) Framework to Tote Board Grants**

**Project Description**:
The intern will be required to:

- Guide grantees to craft the Theory of Change (TOC) for their respective programmes.
- Review grantees’ TOC.
- Guide grantees on crafting programme performance indicators (PPIs) to measure outcomes as defined by the TOC.
- Perform data entry when evaluation data is submitted by the grantees.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key project deliverables* include, but is not limited to:

- Refined TOCs and PPIs for programmes.
- Evaluation Data Report.
- *Project deliverable requirements may vary or rescoped accordingly _

[What we are looking for]

**Requirements**:

- Someone who is passionate about grant making and impact evaluation.
- Someone who is eager to learn and pays attention to details.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills; and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Preferably have some experience in Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Available for a minimum of 10 weeks.
- Preferred profile of Interns: Student (Year 2 and above) from faculty of Business or Arts and Social Sciences.

**Learning Outcome**:
The intern will have the opportunity to:

- Learn how to analyse and evaluate the logical framework of a programme, identifying the cause-and-effect relationships between activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact.
- Enhance his/her critical thinking and analytical skills through review of TOCs.
