[What the role is]

You will be working as a Manager in Industry Development Division 1, under Training Partners Group.

**Job Description**:
[What you will be working on]
You will be reporting to the Team Lead and be part of a team responsible to:

- Support the management of key SSG programmes such as SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme, including:

- Planning and coordination for programme implementation
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to address feedback on operational/policy issues
- Liaising with Training Providers to obtain training statistics for internal reporting
- Develop and maintain basic dashboards to track, monitor and report programme outcomes
- Manage data requests including extracting, cleaning and preparing data, and performing data analysis
- Review and improve knowledge management processes
- Coordinate for division’s inputs and generate statistics for corporate reports
- Support the tracking and reporting of budget utilisation, and prepare requests for virement
- Oversee the management of Customer Relationship Management cases and report on progress of case management
- Participate in system transition/enhancement activities including identifying business requirements, user acceptance tests, and communications to internal and external stakeholders

- Tertiary qualification
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good writing, analytical and data management skills A team player who is resilient, resourceful, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to achieve outcomes in multiple projects
