**Responsibilities**:

Performance & Thought Leadership**
- Constantly identify new digital platforms and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital/ performance marketing.
- Design frameworks to consistently track, and review performance of marketing activities, establish clear insights, and actionable takeout during monthly report meetings with local and regional stakeholders.
- Partner with internal functions to identify customer and market insights, co-deliver projects that will drive new innovation, improve lead quality or generate revenue for the local business.
- Mentor and develop the Performance Marketing team into digital experts.
- Build strong relationships with regional counterpart(s) and stakeholders, and collaborate closely on any go-to-market opportunities as well as pilot projects/practices for test and learning.

Paid Media**
- Drive performance marketing strategy and optimize the marketing funnel for B2B/Customer Acquisition growth in Singapore.
- Identify digital media channels and allocate optimal media investments that will deliver country campaign goals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and develop relevant ads for campaigns, and guide A/B testing to identify success areas for growth.
- Build knowledge of effective ad creatives/formats and best practices in digital channels that will drive improvement for all campaigns.

Owned Media**
- SEO strategy will start with our corporate website, you will design and implement a strategy to improve our SEO performances as well as contributing to improve our company’s online reputation on Search Engines, both regionally and locally.
- Responsible for designing and developing short-term and long-term organic search strategies across all Ninja Van digital assets with a goal of increasing organic traffic opportunities.
- Develop SEO roadmap for all Ninja Van digital assets to scale organic acquisition initiatives.
- Develop content marketing initiatives to support and grow SEO acquisition steadily.
- Audit on a regular basis to identify gaps and drive best practices.
- Custodian of CMS to drive unified brand experience across all Singapore digital assets.
- To constantly innovate and experiment to push the boundaries through best practices, audits, latest trends and techniques.

Team Management**
- Support building and leading strong teams, to constantly innovate and experiment to push the boundaries through best practices, audits, latest trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, including SEO, Content, paid display and video, PPC/SEM, Lead Gen and Ecommerce campaigns, either from agency and/or in-house roles.
- Experience in driving SEO strategy for Singapore and working knowledge of CMS
- Technical SEO skills (Search console, crawls, hreflang, canonicals, 301 have no secret for you)
- Advanced knowledge of Online Advertising platforms and Analytics tools for online channels (e.g. Facebook, Google Ads, DSPs/other networks, Google Analytics etc)
- Ability to resolve ad operations issues that affect campaign tracking and performance - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA/CPL, CPC, CPM, Attribution and LTV
