Accounts Assistant

Our client, who is an MNC (OEM) in the heavy manufacturing industry with HQ based in Germany.
- **Salary**: S$25~S$27.50/hour
- **Flexi Working Hours**: 3 days' work week, 8 hours per day
- Accounts Payable
- Process staff claims
- Process vendor invoices
- Liaise with staff, 3rd party providers on claims and invoices
- Ensure payments, amounts and SAP records are correct
- Update and maintain procedural documentation
- Accounts Receivable - minimum
- Standard month end journals preparation
- Ad hoc tasks, data compilation, administrative duties

**Qualifications**:

- LCCI, ACCA Level 1
- Poly graduates in Accounting/Business

**Skills**:

- Computer literacy, good in excel/spreadsheets
- Knowledge in SAP is good to have, but not a must
- Ability to meet deadline
- Good with managing workload, with an eye for details
- Ability to work independently or part of a team

**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.50 per hour
