AGENCY Singapore is looking for a Project Design Lead who will ensure that the team is on track to do their best work and ensure our external client needs are met.

**The role**
- Bringing a service experience design experience lens to plan and execute the work
- Establishing deep expertise in the balance of digital, physical experiences to create real value for customers and organisations.
- Contributing to solution generation across all phases of projects with our design teams
- Project leading our client engagements
- Coaching and training the client teams with human-centred tools, philosophies and mindsets
- Contributing to business development, team building and strategic initiatives as we continue to grow and develop the business
- Collaborating with the Co-Managing Directors and Business development lead to attract clients and design project engagements that impact our organisational goals
- Shape client engagements, managing the proposal process from developing the brief, through to the contract signature and project kick-off, and possibly supporting the team on content where necessary
- As we launch our education, training and coaching offers, to support key aspects of the curriculum design and delivery

**Thought Leadership**

Developing the talks and points of view for the world at large, talks may range from small evening panel discussions to big keynote addresses to large audiences. Also, thinking about writing articles or a blog, and how to best represent our POV.

**Project Leadership**

Consider and prototype new ways for us to set up our projects, our team structures, and the way we work with our clients. Participating in key business development meetings to help support the structure, approach, and impact we want to make with and for our clients.

**Relevant experience**
- 4+ years of professional experience in-house, at startup companies, design consulting firms, or other professional services firms as a designer
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Able to manage competing priorities with a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Capable of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys creative problem-solving in a rapidly changing environment
- Flexible, proactive and optimistic
- A demonstrated fluency in design thinking, lean startup and/or other innovation methods and tools
- Background in one of these design disciplines - interaction design, product design, environment design.
