**Responsibility and Reporting**
- To ensure that communication is maintained with all sites, supervisory and management staff on a 24-hour basis and to coordinate the deployment of security officers, monitor and record all communication from sites and to act as a link between management and the sites in case of emergencies.

**Key Performance Areas**
- To maintain 24-hour communication with all sites and with all supervisors and managers.
- To provide accurate information and meet requirements & deadlines.
- To ensure that the deployment of shifts are recorded accurately and that sites are covered in the specified time.
- To record all reports in accordance with procedures and policy.
- To report all incidents to management in an accurate manner.
- To be fully acquainted with all emergency procedures.
- To verify all deployed manpower.
- To record Command Centre Occurrence Book.
- To respond and act appropriately to all emergencies.
- To liaise with clients/callers.
- To ensure sites are well equipped with necessary logistics and coordinate with the cluster OE/OM.
- Maintain all records which includes daily/weekly reporting to the Management
- Any other duties specified by the Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
- Applicants with a Diploma in Security Management or GCE ‘A’ Levels will, however, have an advantage
- Valid PLRD License

**Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience as Control Officer in a security agency
- Ex-SAF, SPF or SCDF staff in a leadership position

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Preferably possess a Class 3 license
- Relevant experience in the security industry

**Personal Qualities**
- Well groomed
- Highly dependable and able to work independently
- Able to deal with uncertainty
- Other qualities deemed ideal include; Objectivity, Emotional control, Integrity, Safety management, Professionalism
