**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Relationship Management**: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning EPOS solutions accordingly.

**2. Upselling & Cross-Selling**:

- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EPOS solutions.
Match client needs with additional offerings to maximize value delivered.

**3. Account Growth**:

- Partner with clients to develop and execute strategic account roadmaps.
- Identify expansion opportunities to increase revenue and deepen client engagement.
- Collaborate with team leads to define and implement account growth strategies.
Work cross-functionally with various departments to execute client growth initiatives.

**4. Sales Target Achievement**:

- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales preferred.
(Fresh graduates or career switchers with strong passion for sales are welcome to apply)
- Exposure to the F&B, Retail, or Services industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage C-suite clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with a “never say die” attitude.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
