Senior Project Control Manager

**Responsibilities**:

Provide timely and accurate planning, scheduling, cost control, change control, risk management, estimating, analysis, forecasting and reporting to help ensure the project is completed on time and within the authorized budgetProvide clear HSE leadership in line with ‘Zero Harm 24/7, Courage to Care’ culture, behaviour and engagement activitiesManage performance of the project controls team and work elements. This includes meeting project management targets for key performance indicatorsPlanning and forecastingCost controlProject reporting and progress measurementClass 3 cost estimate/EPC scheduleRisk managementProject administration (such as timesheets/PAAF process/invoicing)Establish and comply with project-wide plans, procedures, guidelines and instructions for project controls functionsCommunicate project controls requirements including reporting, meetings, events, requirements of plans, procedures and team organizationReview project controls reports for content and accuracySupport for continuous improvement of project controls processes

**Job Requirements**:

Degree in any Engineering disciplinesMinimum 15 years’ of relevant experienceHas at least 4 years’ of experience in Project Controls Management
