- Process payroll for workers, arrange relevant training courses for employees and maintain training records, etc.
- Manage employee attendance, leave management and medical benefits
- Renewal of machineries licenses and vehicle road tax. and etc.
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as and when assigned

Requirement:

- Minimum G. C. E ‘O’ level or higher
- Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience and proficient in MS Office
- 5.5 day work week **(alternate Saturday off)**
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skill
- Resourceful, flexible, take initiatives and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Meticulous, well-organized with ability to multi-task, can-do and positive working attitude
- Applicant with experience in construction industry is an added advantage
