**Role Objective**:
Perform routine Import Documentation, Accounts Payables / Receivables and all other accounting duties for to 4 business units.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily invoice bill, credit and debit notes.
- Preparation of inventories ageing reports, Sonobis AR reports, audit schedules
- Updating of receipts and laise with customer on payment request.
- Monitoring of AR Ageing and ensure data are being updated.
- Ensure accurate AR transaction is being posted on Oracle system.
- Cost allocation and posting of creditors invoices.
- Month end reconciliation of AR transaction and outstanding balance
- Processing of AP invoices payment, journal entries preparation and bank reconciliation for Thermosafe business unit
- Ad Hoc finance duties.
**Role Requirement**:
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is required
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Preferably with LCCI Bookkeeping Certificate
- Minimum with one year of relevant experience
