**※ Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IDC Industry Senior Business Development to drive and expand our business in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

**※ Responsibilities**:
1. Lead sales and promotion of IDC industry business in Singapore or/and Southeast Asia.

2. Identify and reach out to potential clients, establish and maintain client relationships to achieve sales targets.

3. Provide expert consultancy services, offering data center solutions that best meet clients' needs.

4. Continuously engage existing clients, address their requirements, and proactively resolve issues and feedback.

5. Participate in market research and competitor analysis, providing insights and recommendations for the company's strategic and business development plans.

**※ Requirements**:
1. At least 3 years of experience in the IDC industry.

2. Relevant business experience in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with established client resources.

3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

4. Honest, reliable, and possess strong professional ethics and business integrity.

5. Self-motivated, capable of working independently and solving problems.

6. Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

7. Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, additional language proficiency such as Malay will be considered an advantage.
