Business Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Cantonese-speaking Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. You will engage with incoming leads from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, provide product demonstrations, and contribute to promotional activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database to support outreach efforts.
- Conduct cold or warm calls and utilize various prospecting strategies to connect with decision-makers in education and related industries.
- Present and pitch SchoolTracs’ products and services with confidence and persuasive communication.
- Arrange and schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to enhance lead qualification and opportunity management processes.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify improvement areas and optimize strategies.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a business development or sales role, preferably within the education or related sectors.
- Proven track record of successful cold calling and lead generation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
