**Sales Development Representative**

**Location: Remote - Singapore**

**Language Requirement: Proficiency in English**

**The Position**

We’re seeking a passionate and driven sales development contributor to join BlueVoyant’s revenue team.

BlueVoyant is looking for a **Sales Development Representative** ("SDR") who will be responsible for acting as an internal sales development and a link between the Marketing and Sales teams. This role is focused on seeking and qualifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound efforts.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team (go above and beyond quota)
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and the sales team
- Use our prospecting tools in order to accomplish your goals and to efficiently capture team activity in the database
- Accomplish meaningful metrics and reports to measure productivity and quota attainment
- Report to Marketing and Sales on results
- Utilize tools to achieve and exceed goals
- Stay up-to-date with new offerings and new pricing/payment plans

**Requirements**:

- 6-8 months of sales development experience
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Is competitive, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Track record of achieving objectives
- Experience with MS Excel and data analysis required
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Accomplish training plan requirements
- Is comfortable talking to strangers and is an expert in making first contact and building valuable relationships
- Confident communicator - listener and engaging in conversation
- Wants to belong to a team and is eager to produce results
- A good, positive attitude is a must
- This role is part of the regional Marketing team - but working very closely with the regional sales and interlocked with the Global SDR function

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Proficient use of English - verbal and written
- Native language - as for each role needs

**Preferred competency**
- Gained experience in the cybersecurity or high tech industry
