In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
**Business Planning Manager**

**We will count on you to**:

- Work closely with the Regional COO for AMEA to establish effective strategic programs that meet business expectations and generate desired impact, aligning with the overall Operations & Technology strategy
- Provide oversight and support for execution operations priorities and goals with Operations & Technology and Business stakeholders
- Support the translation of objectives into actionable plans, communicating, managing and analysing the implementation of those plans, and reporting back on progress
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse operational performance trends
- Manage communication efforts within the Operations and Technology AMEA function to ensure key messages of performance and delivery are cascaded to key stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and engagement strategies and action plans and share insights with the broader team of Operations Managers
- Prepare relevant reports and management updates issues from AMEA COO office.
- Oversee execution of program for continuous improvements

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of prior working experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage business holders across all levels and interact with multiple teams (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision making)
- Analytical skills and ability to drive meaningful insights
- Passionate about driving continuous improvement
- Solid experience in handling complex data sets with strengths on visualization
- Ability to operate at both macro and micro level in building business case and conducting business analysis
- Thrive working in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
