As a User Experience Writer (UX Writer) role, you will work closely with other UX professionals to shape experiences by creating meaningful, concise, consistent, and on-brand copy for multiple touch points across our digital products and platforms through the perspective of language.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write appropriate, easy-to-understand and customer-centric copy for interfaces to help users navigate our platforms.
- Study and analyze products to drive effective copy.
- Initiate storytelling strategy from scratch.
- Adhere to the writing style guide to ensure the governance of copy across all features and touch points.
- Align new copy with existing copy and make recommendations for improvement.
- Help improve writing guidelines and tone of voice.
- Maintain writing style guide.
- Edit, rewrite and approve copy works.
- Present works to stakeholders and articulately explain your reasons.
- Offer the content-strategy perspective throughout the development process.
- Work closely with Head of Design, UX researchers, UX designers to develop customer-centric solutions in an agile workflow.
- Assist team in the running of usability tests to collect target user insights and to test efficacy of copy.
- Collaborate across other teams such as compliances to ensure that copy is accurate and appropriate.
- Establish work process, identify problems and improvement opportunities.
- Develop UX writing tools and frameworks based on research, usability testing and branding documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Linguistic, Communication, Journalism or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, content strategy, marketing or a related area (ideally familiar with writing for technology, financial services and / or design systems will be a big plus).
- Solid understanding of user experience and agile methodology.
- Have superior writing, editing, and proofreading skill.
- Passionate about user experience, enjoys writing with customer-centricity as a focus.
- Committed to details.
- Always be curious about all steps of the journey from entry point to successful and error validations.
- Eager to ask questions, throw out ideas, take constructive criticism, and defend your work.
- Excellent consulting and coaching.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team as part of the development process, creating digital products.
- Strong communication skills in English language and able to work in an English / Thai environment.
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Be able to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize own tasks.
- Proficiency with basic programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
