**About the Team**:
Regional Business Intelligence (BI) and Planning is responsible for leveraging data and insights to guide the profitable growth of Shopee as it transforms and becomes a benchmark global e-commerce operator.

We are looking for self-motivated Associates/Senior Associates to join us and make an impact. In this role, you will gain extensive exposure to Shopee's overall business operation and work closely with the senior leadership team in developing strategies, roadmaps and mechanisms that ensure the long-term growth momentum of Shopee.
- Support senior leadership in defining & updating corporate strategic planning and capital allocation strategy
- Conceptualise strategic insights to define and shape KPIs and metrics, as well as to support planning across divisions in multiple geographies with the aim of optimising deployment of resources
- Liaise with Regional Business Intelligence team or product team to build and monitor necessary reports or dashboards as necessary
- Perform necessary data analysis based on business team requirements and own initiatives
- Own research projects like industry benchmarking, competitor study with respect to organisation structure and KPI management
- Support delivering management presentations for the Regional BI & Planning department

**Requirements**:

- Min 1-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, consumer-focused B2C or e-commerce industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - able to frame problems, define and search data/facts and derive insights that lead to practical solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL knowledge will be a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
- Good team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
