**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Reporting to the site Learning Lead, you will play a key role in organizing and implementing learning solutions to support employees in acquiring the required knowledge, skills and attitude to successfully execute their roles in the GMP Environment. You will support the execution of the learning strategy by assisting in the implementation of the site capability plan to achieve the desired business results as we work to enhance the learning experience of our employees.

In this role, you will:

- Act as an advocate for L&D by messaging vision of our Company’s learning culture and building people capabilities through relevant continuous learning experiences, specifically focused on Personalized Adaptive Learning, Modernizing the Learner experience, and integrating learning in the flow of work.
- Partner with the site stakeholders to understand their needs to make appropriate learning assumptions and solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Learning & Development policies and processes from our Manufacturing Division Learning and Global Learning
- Support the development of the trainer community
- Support the organization in Permanent Inspection Readiness as it relates to CGMP and Environment, Health and Safety

Key Responsibilities
- Learning System Operations_
- Create and maintain training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g. training records, course scheduling, training completions, training coordination, regulatory audit support)
- Maintain and execute learning plan assignments and requests (Curriculum/Job Code Updates)
- Act as liaison between L&D and stakeholders to ensure alignment with learning needs
- Track, trend, and submit multiple training reports on training activities, training effectiveness and overall compliance metrics
- Manage documentation to ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory standards
- Support EHS or Quality Compliance regulatory audits/inspections, as required
- Learning Consultation & Adult Learning Theory and Practice_
- Conducts needs assessment and capability gap analysis for single learning solutions. Applies learning industry expertise to identify potential learning solutions.
- Identify required skills and knowledge that need to be included in learning interventions
- Partner with stakeholders to develop area capability plans linked to business requirements, inclusive of job, functional and leadership skills
- Collaborate to leverage best practices across the network
- Gather, analyze and report information regarding the impact of learning solutions against key business drivers and evolving strategic priorities
- Facilitation _
- Qualify and coach skills trainers/classroom facilitators to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Facilitate other assigned training, as required
- Ensure adherence to all Learning & Development policies and processes from site, our Manufacturing Division Learning and Global
- Other duties as assigned
- Continuous Improvement_
- Leverage lean methodologies to support execution of continuous improvement activities
- Challenge the status quo to support the organisation to meet the strategic imperatives

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree and/or have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a people development role (L&D/HR/OD) or demonstrate the ability to proactively develop employees is preferred. - Experience in working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
