**Roles & Responsibilities**
The Customer Service Executive will support the Management with a focus on meeting the needs of an assigned portfolio of corporate customers including:
- Assisting, following up and planning for a sales portfolio through the use of customer management tools
- Processing and monitoring of regular customer orders
- Preparation of sales related documents such as contracts, quotations, etc
- Service mentality; a service oriented mindset will be pivotal to success in the role
- Mature, Meticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset
- Experience working with standard Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in using ERP (SAP B1) system will be a plus
- Conversant and good written English
- Maturity, ability to take constructive feedback and learn new skills
- Team player
