**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:
Business Change Management (Group Retail) is the strategic technology conduit between Group Retail and Technology & Operations.
- Support biz to ideate and put up the BRD for technology to provide a viable solution to achieve biz goals.
- Look at the end-to-end process from ideation to implementation, while also looking at the utilization and capex spend.
- Curate and study the data trends to draw analysis to enable decisioning.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 to 6 years working experience in similar functions,
- Strong data processing and technical skills - preferably with a Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar disciplines.
