**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Program will deliver to Ampol a CTRM Ecosystem which supports the business function to efficiently manage exposures, risks on positions, cash flow and liquidity data analysis due to reduced complexity in the CTRM ecosystem, reliable real-time data and efficient business processes

As the Change Analyst you will support the Change Manager of a large Program of work consisting of complex projects that define the new CTRM Ecosystem. You will provide input and insights into change planning, you will be responsible for analysing to identify changes impacting on people, processes, systems and culture. You will be determining the scale of change and associated business readiness activities required for successful transition.
- Conduct stakeholder identification and analysis
- Prepare and execute clear and timely change communication and engagement plans as well as delivery of activities to enable adoption of change
- Create and deliver presentations and other comms materials
- Bring new and innovative ideas to the design process and support the CTRM Ecosystem team build and implement change capability - Coordinate communications, go live notifications, quick reference guides, FAQ’s surveys, forums and presentations to support the implementation of change initiatives
- Assist to facilitate change workshops with business stakeholders, including involvement in working groups.
- Engage with and influence key stakeholders, at all levels, across the organisation.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Business and or Human Resource Management
- Change management certification or designation desirable.; PROSCI,

Experience
- Experience with large-scale organizational change is desirable.
- Experience supporting change across a range of industries desirable
- Experience working with Change Fatigue
- Experience working with all levels, including executives
- Experience facilitating groups/workshops to achieve predefined outcomes

Knowledge & Skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
