**What you will do**:
The HRSSC Operations Intern is responsible for providing inquiry and transaction support to employees, managers, HR Business Partners and HR professionals. The intern will also respond to inquiries from vendors, Centers of Expertise members, retirees and employee’s relatives. The intern will learn to be creative and problem solve along the way.
**How you will do it**:
- Support the HR Operations Specialist in delivering HR initiative and projects
- Participate in the HR process and system continuous improvement effect for Singapore and South East Asia
- Learn and explore the onboarding, employee life cycle, HR policies and offer enhanced HR process
- Manage HR inquiries, transactions, and any other add-hoc projects
- Opportunity to lead and develop Singapore JCI’s employee engagement and leader effectiveness strategy to drive good employee experience
**What we look for**:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administrative and/or communication discipline
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months preferred
- Creative, a can-do attitude
- Ability to analyse data in clear, organized format and report out key findings
**What you will gain at the end of the internship**:
- Exposure to learn more about the company's HR matters/processes for South East Asia
- Be comfortable with the end to end HR matters/process and be involved in employee engagement activities
