- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and review daily expenditures of outlets
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and analysis
- File quarterly GST return and annual tax returns
**Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Maintain profile and orders for delivery and sales platforms
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in finance and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping software (e.g., SQL accounting) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good understanding of financial rules, regulations, and policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile accounts accurately and in a timely manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
