**We are currently looking for a Regional Director, Asia - maybe you have the profile we are looking for**

Stepping into the role as Regional Director, Asia, your primary responsibility is the business and concept execution across the markets in the region. In this region our primary business model is franchise, we are already present in the region with strong existing partnerships, and we are growing.

You will be the main business point of contact between our Partners in the region and the global organization to secure achievement of sales targets, store openings and the EBITDA budget.

You will have P&L responsibility for the region and build up a team for running the business in daily operation.

The role is essential for gathering feedback from Asian markets and funnel it back to the organization at Flying Tiger Copenhagen to improve our business model and way of working.

This is a role that will require market visits and therefore you must expect business trips to be part of your job. Our current franchise markets in the region are Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and Philippines.

You will work from Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s office in Singapore (Robinson Rd).

**Your responsibilities will be**
- Engage with internal teams and Partners to determine new trends and to identify business opportunities.
- Define and cascade retail standards to drive in-store excellence and the execution of our operational models (Easy Store and Model Store)
- Liaise with Partners on store and e-com performance and agree on action plans for improvements.
- Support Partners on maximizing revenue and optimizing cost spend.
- Define monthly/yearly business and trade plan for markets to cater for local needs.
- Align assortment offered to Partners and capture any needed exceptions to the assortment on a local level (in line with commercial trade plan and based on sales)
- Monitor inventory levels per market to foresee business challenges.
- Ensure on-time opening of stores and e-com platform.
- Drive weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with Partners to track business, opportunities, and actions.
- Align internally on specific Partner needs on store operation/ e-com.

**This is you**

We imagine that you have min. 10 years of relevant work experience including P&L, team management and account management/ sales responsibilities.

Ideally, you have great experience in working with or in Asian markets. You also have a strong Franchise or B2B background and an analytical mindset plus experience in identifying commercial risks and drivers. Your ability to analyze and think critical allows you to interrogate and evaluate information to drive financial and business decision.

We are growing the team in Singapore as we are expanding the business, we are currently present with 3 dedicated colleagues in our Singapore office. We are +300 People working from Flying Tiger Copenhagen´s head quarter in Copenhagen, 20 of us are currently fully dedicated to the franchise growth, and, our target is 1.000 Franchise stores in 5 years. We are busy but we insist on having fun while we work.
