***Business Lead**
to
drive and globally scale their newly developed Smart Façade Inspection (SFI) service.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Refine and realize the product and service strategy based on customer needs and in line with the Business Unit.
- Lead project tenders and deliver inspection service.
- Define and implement processes and mechanisms to control and continuously improve the SFI model and overall product quality.
- Develop, deliver and communicate Market and Product Requirement Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justifications.
- Scope and set up the infrastructure and operational environment to deliver the product efficiently.
- Work closely with global domain experts, business owners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure an aligned approach to create maximum impact.
- Improve existing product features and enhance the product’s value proposition.
- Identify, implement and manage the partnership and licensing models with partners and clients.
- Lead and manage the SFI team to achieve optimum performance and high retention.
- Demonstrate expertise in the overall landscape of the inspection industry and business, including knowledge of the competition.
- Act as a leader within the company.

**Key Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in the building inspection business.
- Qualification of delivering façade inspections according to BCA requirements.
- Demonstrated business development capabilities to achieve commercial targets with new products or services.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and program management skills with a proven track record of turning projects into commercial success.
- Expertise in developing new products and services would be a plus.
- Technical background with experience in setting up digital services.
- Experience in leading a team and managing stakeholder networks, exercising functional leadership.
- Financial-/business administration basics.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
