What You Will Do:

- Transform and renovate spaces across homes, offices, shops, and more.
- Use your creative flair to design environments that are not just beautiful, but also practical and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team, using your problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities to bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:

- Meet with clients to discuss their requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on space planning, materials, color schemes, and furnishings.

2. Design Development:

- Develop design concepts that align with the client's vision.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and finishes that meet the project requirements.

3. Project Management:

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project timelines and ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated time and budget.
- Oversee the installation of design elements, ensuring that the design is executed as per the plan.

4. Budget Management:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage the budget for each project.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best materials at competitive prices.

5. Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the interior design industry.

6. Client Presentation:

- Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and preferences.
- Provide after-sales service, including addressing any issues or concerns post-completion.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and materials.

Work Environment:

- The role typically involves a mix of office work, client meetings, and on-site project visits.
