**Senior Sushi Chef, Luxury Five-Star Hotel, Singapore**

**Salary up to $7500 SGD per month, plus annual bonus**.

The restaurant is widely regarded as one of the finest Japanese restaurants in the Singapore Market.

**Things you will be doing as the Senior Sushi Chef**:

- Ensuring the finest quality of ingredients is used in the preparation of Sushi
- Responsible for preparing traditional Japanese Sushi rice
- Expertly prepare different types of fish
- Maintaining a clean work environment to prevent food contamination
- Undertaking inventory checks of food supplies
- Reporting any defective kitchen items to the HOD
- Working closely with other Chefs of all levels

**You’ll be a great fit if you**:

- Have experience as a Senior Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- You will need at least 5 to 7 years of experience in destination restaurants or Hotels
- You will need to have been trained in traditional sushi preparation and presentation
- Have excellent knowledge of all sections
- Have the ability to produce excellent high-quality Japanese food
- Have good oral communication
- Have team management skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Have a good level of numeracy
