- Responsible for the efficient management of the bakery and pastry kitchens including product development, ingredients sourcing, quality control, team management and food safety and hygiene.
- Ensures high quality standard of food production and that mise en place are maintained.
- Manages timely fulfillment of all ordering requirements and co-ordinates well with the operations team.
- Prepares market list, checks inventory/stock to minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchens and equipment.
- Creates new recipes and keep abreast of new trends and market competition.
- Leads by example a Happy Chef to the Bakery & Pastry Team.
- Effective communication skills.
- English speaking.
- Must prepare to work overtime.

**Salary**: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
