As part of the strengthening of its Compliance, Risk and Internal Control team, the CORUM Butler Group is looking for a Head of Compliance for its UCITS product line.

Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, Risk and Internal Control within the CORUM Butler Group, you will be responsible for the compliance of the all UCITS High Yield / Credit bond fund range, their Management Company, as well as problematics regarding their distribution.

This is a wide-ranging role covering all compliance topics related to the funds.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement the compliance monitoring program of the management company and the funds;
- Conduct fund monitoring activities in accordance with the compliance monitoring plan, document the results and propose improvements where appropriate;
- Review and, if necessary, draft and implement relevant compliance policies and procedures;
- Provide compliance information in the context of the supervision of fund delegates (e.g. fund administrators and investment advisors);
- Reviewing potential breaches, liaising with the depositary and advising on resolution;
- Support the implementation of the compliance training plan;
- Provide regulatory advice to the firm as required;
- Prepare management information such as board reports;
- Contribute to fund compliance projects as required;
- Monitor the fund distribution setup in multi-jurisdictions (EU countries and outside).

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Compliance, Regulatory, Depositary areas in a Fund Administratio, Manco or Asset Management environment
- UCITS requirements
- Fund governance / CP86
- Investor protection
- Product governance
- Conflicts of interest
- Experience with the preparation of senior management reports is desirable;
- Overall good communication, time management and delivery skills are required. The role involves ongoing coordination with other compliance team members, numerous business units and external parties.
