
Receptionist and Admin Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and friendly **Receptionist and Admin Assistant **to join our Client. The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle incoming calls, attend to clients for physical meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person
- Attend to clients Zoom meetings
- Attend to clients at the reception counter
- Print and prepare documents as required
- Assist with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing files
- Copy typing as required
- Assist on some photocopying legal documents as guided
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in reception and administrative work preferred
