- About the Role
Everest Global Services, Inc., a leading member of Everest Re Group Ltd, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Global Claim Operations team based in Singapore. As a Reinsurance Claims Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Global Reinsurance Claim Department. - Key Accountabilities
- In this role, the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving, indexing and distribution of claim correspondence, in all formats, to the appropriate parties-
- Processing payments and other financial transactions-
- Receiving new losses, verifying accuracy of information via coverage, and completing data entry of initial file setup-
- Performing quality review analysis of claim data for accuracy in accordance with established procedures and internal controls-
- Document management and entering data in various reinsurance claim systems-
- Providing operational support to Claim management, Claim technical staff and our internal and external customersQualifications, Education & Experience- College Degree preferred-
- Work experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is a plus-
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities-
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required- Knowledge, Skills & Competencies- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are required-
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a collaborative team-
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail-
