We're looking for a smart, detail-oriented person who is capable of handling the multi-faceted tasks involved in running our operation so that they can grow with us as we scale.
**Responsibilities**
- Recruiting: Post jobs on multiple websites, screen applicants, schedule interviews & co-ordinate with hiring managers
- Accounting: Coordinate with bookkeeping and auditing, collate bills to be paid, file expense claims etc
- HR: On-board new employees, coordinate employee evaluations and organize social events
- Communication: Act as an adhoc translator between our China office and Singapore as needed
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year's experience in an HR or Recruiting
- Strong communication skills and adequate numeracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- As an as an adhoc translator between our China office and Singapore, must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
