**Responsibilities**:

- Employ science research methodology and statistical analysis
- Take on responsibility for a program of trials as part of an experienced team
- Grow personally and professionally
- Expand your network and build a rewarding and dynamic career in agricultural research
- Receive support in your scientific and skill development
- Assist in training, overseeing and leading tasks completed by third-party contract labor to achieve desired results.
- Effectively communicating regularly with supervisors, breeders and peers regarding the status of projects and work activities.
- Performing all tasks and behaving in a manner compliant with and in support of all safety and stewardship-related company policies and practices.
- Functioning as an integral member of a team supporting all activities.
- Liaise with SFA officer.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture ,farming or equivalent.
- Excellent command in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking counter parties, other language is highly appreciated.
- Experience in derivatives products and agriculture products preferred.
- A good team player with initiative, drive, and interpersonal skills.
