**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Clinic Operations & Leadership (Primary Role)**
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead and supervise clinic support staff including nurses, administrative assistants, and technicians.
- Coordinate doctors’ schedules, patient appointments, procedure bookings, and theatre lists.
- Oversee clinic administration including inventory control, supplies ordering, and medical record management.
- Handle billing, payment collection, Medisave and insurance claims (experience with private insurance preferred).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., MOH licensing, infection control, audits).
- Act as the main point of contact for patients, vendors, and service providers.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and maintain smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

**Perioperative & Nursing Support (Trainable)**
- Assist during urological procedures (e.g., circumcision, vasectomy, kidney stone surgery, robotic surgery, etc.).
- Perform pre-operative checks and ensure surgical setups are in place.
- Support in anesthesia preparation, recovery care, and instrument handling.
- Assist in the operating theatre, recovery room, and during minor procedures in clinic.
- Maintain infection control practices and proper handling of specimens.

**Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year of experience managing a private clinic or specialist practice.**:

- Strong administrative, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with insurance processes and clinic billing systems is preferred.
- Registered with the **Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)**:

- BCLS & AED certified
- Willingness to learn perioperative and surgical nursing procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and team-player attitude
