Job description

Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function (with back-end support from shared service team based in A*STAR), which may include recruitment, re-appointment matters, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit programmes, grievance and disciplinary matters, manpower planning & budgeting, talent management, staff learning & development, and engagement with interns/consultants/advisors etc.
Together with a team of admin and operations personnel, support company’s corporate service and administration. These include Finance, Procurement, IT, Internal Control and Compliance, Board Secretariat, Corporate Communications and Facility Management.
Support the review and update of company’s policies and guidelines to strengthen corporate governance and enhance work efficiency.
Contribute to the compilation of all Corporate Service-related reports and surveys.
Other special duties as assigned by the supervisor as and when needed.

Job Requirements

**Qualification & Field of Study**:
University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.

**Other Requirements**:
At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate Service Manager/Assistant Manager or HR business partner, preferably with any local Institute of Higher Learning and/or research institute.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel to make data entry and data analysis more efficient is preferred.
Possess knowledge in managing research grants is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation.
High IT literacy with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity.
