JR28807 Project/Program Manager

As a Business Operation Project/Program Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you are responsible for stewarding critical process improvement initiatives and for providing leadership and direction to drive effective execution value delivery in assigned programs. You will partner directly with senior leaders and business process owners of large scale change initiatives to ensure that best known methods in program management and project management are effectively applied and that the identified value is delivered.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

Resource Management
- Present justification for resource approval
- Oversee HC cap / ramp
- Maintain EXPAT / EIBT budget
- Address escalated resourcing issues

Budget Management
- Judge the capital demand and call-out fractional impact during study
- Partner with BU pillars and GEL for best capital arrangement
- Oversee expense of the Org
- Address escalated costs related issues

Training
- Organize Training and Continuous Improvement
- Manage Department Documentation and Records
- Develop Expertise of Process Management
- WW alignment and rolling update content

Manage Staff, Workflow, and Priorities
- Conduct efficiency analysis of Operations
- Analyze and assign priorities and responsibilities
- Ensure that the scope of the projects within the program is aligned with business priorities
- Evaluate and respond to requests and criteria from multiple groups
- Support Goal tracking
- Provide steady leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines
- Manage Department Newsletter

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Operation ,Engineering, semiconductors
- 5+ years of experience in business, operation, or strategy and technology positions
- Rich experience in managing cross-functional, high-impact programs
- Collaborative / Team Player -Proven ability to build and lead integrated team from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and financial skills
- Ability to translate broad general concepts into tangible deliverables
- Ability for independent decision making, and to assume higher-level leadership responsibilities in critical situations
- Ability to influence others using a variety of approaches with or without position power
- Strong communication skill and Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
