As a Junior Account Executive of OGS, you represent the company to external partners across our brands (including OGS, O+ by OGS and Something Private), playing an important intermediary role between sponsors and the creative team to produce quality, meaningful content for our audience.

We’re seeking a well-rounded individual who is passionate about media, content creation and digital advertising to further our position as a regional leader in authentic storytelling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate with brands and agencies to understand their campaign goals and needs
- Active participation in concept ideation and development of paid/sponsored content across our brands, including research and profile sourcing
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualise and elevate the quality, shareability and authenticity of our paid/sponsored content
- Lead in project management from start to end and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of final deliverables, while maintaining a good relationship with all project stakeholders
- Recommend key learnings and insights for both sponsors and creative teams for future collaborations
- Work with internal teams to research and identify new commercial opportunities, content trends and products

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Client-facing and project management experience, preferably with a media publisher or media/PR agency, would be a bonus.
- You should have strong sense of what makes a good story, deep interest in social media content and be familiar with what OGS stands for
- Understanding of creative production processes and workflow (especially video) is preferred
- Strong interpersonal, time/resource management and business-judgement skills to lead projects
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethics
