We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore Office

**ROLE OVERVIEW:
As Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building out a successful Sales desk in line with Paddington Partners Sales Strategy.

Recruitment Consultants support senior management and play a part in helping to achieve team revenue targets. This position works closely with Paddington Partners Regional Director, the Paddington Partners Leadership Team and the global network of offices and Paddington Partners colleagues both in country and across the globe.

**PEOPLE & CULTURE**
- Promote Paddington Partners Global Sales Strategy
- Create a positive, energetic & collaborative culture
- Drive & celebrate high levels of activity and performance by supporting Paddington Partners MSPs
- Take responsibility for behavioural performance & financial performance
- Manage conflict & disputes
- internally & externally
- Assist with hiring and sourcing talent using our Internal Recruitment Policy

**BRAND MANAGEMENT, MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA**
- Use Internal Social Media support
- Paddington Partners Brand Ambassador Internally & Externally
- Promote utilising and optimising Linkedin

**OPERATIONAL**
- Promote Data Integrity
- Assist Finance with Debt collection & resolution of client fee disputes
- Ensure your team adhere to HR policies & procedures (Confidentiality, Annual Leave, Expense Claims)
- Set and maintain expectations for attendance & time keeping
- Maintain local relationships with suppliers

**TRAINING & PROCESS**
- Escalate training needs to your direct Manager
- Support and promote the global training schedule and personal development programs
- Maintaining quality standards
- Maintaining professional standards

**QUARTERLY**
- Prepare Quarterly appraisals
- TRACKING review

**Requirements**:

- A thorough understanding of sales and business development
