He/She will assist the team in translating design concepts into technical hardware and software specifications, source and validate costings from suppliers and freelancers, and oversee the entire delivery process to produce the best quality outcomes while optimizing work productivity and budget efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with creative teams to conceptualize novel creative technology experiences.
- Advise the team during ideation from a feasibility and budgetary point of view.
- Translate concepts into detailed project requirements specifications.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of projects, identifying and mitigating risks early.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation and status reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/
- Able to navigate ambiguities and make the right decisions autonomously.
- Solid understanding of interactive and immersive technologies and workflows such

as 3D animation, game engines, sensors and audio-visual hardware...
- Experience partnering and managing relationships with creative vendors.
- Existing contacts and relationships with relevant suppliers/partners.
- Creative thinker who deeply enjoys ideation and conceptualization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent work ethics and high-quality standards.
- Experience developing budgets, scopes, project plans,
- Knowledge of design, animation, and multimedia production
- Staying up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
