Be a pioneer in a newly setup Private banking platform of an established FI.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Head of Compliance in the managing the compliance function for the Private banking business unit
- Provide advice to stakeholders and ensure the bank complies with all regulatory/legal requirements as well as internal policies
- Provide advice to business unit on KYC/AML issues
- Draft/Amend and Implement compliance related policies and standards
- Ensure effective compliance monitoring program and internal controls are in place to measure and manage risks
- Conduct trainings and sharing to ensure all stakeholders/staffs are well aware of any new regulatory changes
- Liaise with regulators on audit, surveys and examinations

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 5 years of relevant compliance experience with a private bank/wealth management space
- Well versed with local banking regulations for Private banking
- Possess professional compliance certifications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
