
Procurement and Facility Officer

**Requirements**:
- Diploma with working experience in general or purchasing administration
- Understanding and working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice for Medical Device in Singapore (GDPMDS) will be an advantage
- Able to work independently under mínimal supervision, meticulous and organized
- Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
**Description**
- Quality Audits involvement, SOP updating, purchasing management (includes regional facilities), medical related logistic, cost saving projects, laboratory inventory (QR Doc), general inventory, Integration of new software system.
- Management of suppliers for annual and critical supplier reviewing with all departments.
- Managing laboratory supplier requalification, annual/critical supplier review and related supplier management duties
- Collection, sorting and distribution of incoming mails.
- Arranging of local/overseas, postal mail arrangements, courier services and preparing of documents.
- Arranging & receiving of daily deliveries where required
- Manage office supplies (stationery and pantry supplies)
- Maintenance of office equipment, inventory (photocopiers, faxes, etc.) for office use.
- Managing Purchasing and inventory in NAV/BC systems/physical inventory
- Plan and facilitate cost efficiency initiatives and projects
- Monitor Admin Budget vs Expense report
- Handling Telcos with regards to corporate mobile plans and internet services
- Management of phones and tablets for staff
- Handling of the cleaning service company and its arrangement
- Cross functionality for Facility management tasks where required (facility maintenance schedule arrangements)
